Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. A 25% non-refundable deposit of the total service is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service.
A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will require a 50% cancellation fee.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, the appointment may need to be shortened or canceled to stay on schedule, and the cancellation fee will apply.
